Tennis Anyone? tennis courts
Bear Valley Tennis Club invites the Bear Valley Community to participate in the celebration of the official opening of the new tennis courts on Sunday, July 8th at noon. The four beautiful new USTA standard courts are located across from the Village on the south side of Highway 4 at the ungated entrance to Grizzly Field (the ballfield) and are under an extendable 20 year lease from the Alpine County Unified School District. Club memberships cost $150 per year, after a one-time membership fee. A membership covers an entire family including children up to the age of 18. A limited number of memberships are still available. Bear Valley Tennis Club members can reserve courts in advance. Non-members are also welcome to play and will be required to pay a $10 per person, per day fee plus a refundable key deposit. Although non-members aren't able to make advance court reservations, they can sign up to hold a court on the day they are playing. Court #4 is always available for walk-ons and will also have a sign-up board at the courts for that day.

Interested tennis players should go to Bear Valley Cross Country & Adventure Company for more information, to register, pay, and pick up a key to the tennis courts. Bear Valley Adventure Company carries high altitude tennis balls and rental tennis racquets, as well as retail clothing, snacks and cold beverages.
Take advantage of this exciting new addition to all Bear Valley has to offer this summer! Visit www.bearvalleytennis.com for more details & a membership application.
