Sliding on the Cheap! Big Powder Inbound, Season Pass Exchange, Heavenly Group Deal, Northstar Video Contest, More!

Hello Sliders!

Winter is back this weekend, with plenty of new snow in the
forecast, so if you missed all that January
powder, you've just earned another chance to blast
through (possibly) waist deep powder.  We've got Mike
Pechner's SnowCast below, and it's looking pretty good
for several feet of snow by the end of the weekend,
then sunny skies for lucky midweek sliders next week.

Deals you ask?  Why yes, dear sliders...we couldn't
jam anymore into the newsletter, even if we tried.
How about season pass exchange deals. You've got
a pass, but you need a change of scenery, or perhaps
your pass isn't valid weekends. Many resorts offer
discounts for valid passholders from other resorts!
If you're coming to Tahoe on vacation, it pays to bring
your hometown pass. Check out Diamond Peak for instance,
at just $32.00.
There are some restrictions, which vary by resort,
make sure to CALL AHEAD and check that your
pass is valid for the discount on the day you want to
ski or ride and your selected ski resort.

We've got more...
Northstar has a video contest that could net you a free
season pass, Heavenly will give your group a discount,
and you could snag a free ticket just for setting it up
if the group has 25 or more, Squaw has a great
College Coupon program, Sierra has a FREE shuttle
from southshore, Kirkwood has midweek Stay & Ski Free,
and the Orchard Supply 1/2 price Learn to Ski/Ride Coupon
