 | Spend this holiday season riding the Fresh Snow at Boreal! Recent snowfall brought over 27 inches of new snow to Boreal, and more is forecasted for later this week. The holidays are coming and we’re adding more chairs and park features by the day. Our park is expanding over to the 49’er area this week. We are scheduled to bring Cedar Ridge Chair online Saturday, conditions permitting. Playland sledding is now open! Boreal is now boasting over 30 terrain park features with our superpipe opening soon. With the region’s most popular frequent skier/boarder program, you can even enjoy the holiday skiing and boarding for a fraction of the cost. Grab a Boreal iRIDE card, and ride any two days this season (do not have to be consecutive) and get your third day FREE. iRIDE cards are available online, or at any ticket window at no charge. Don’t forget, Boreal Gift Certificates make great stocking stuffers. Order by phone at 530.426.3666×127. Boreal is open 9am to 9pm daily with the exception of Christmas Eve as the resort will close at 4pm. Boreal is now offering top to bottom skiing, boarding and jib, hit and park features daily. Jibassic Park is about offering fun features from small ride on boxes, rails and rollers, to pro series jumps, hits and rails. Our goal is to put out features that you can ride while you are young and just learning, and keep you progressing throughout our park program. Hurry up and get your skate sessions in, the more you skate at the Boreal Skate Bowl, the better your chances to win a new skate deck from Element skateboards. Each month we will be giving away great swag prizes to frequent skaters. Skate Bowl hours are Wednesday thru Sunday, 12noon – 8pm (Christmas week open December 26 thru Jan. 1 daily).
