Join Mountain Adventure Seminars (MAS) and the BaseCamp Lodge during Bear Valley's first outdoor rock climbing festival coming up this August 18-20. Whether you have been climbing for years, or have never scaled a rock wall in your life, the "Bear Valley Boulder Bash" offers something for everyone, even the kids! It's going to be an extended weekend of excellent outdoor climbing, plenty of education, some good natured competition, great food, inspiring presentations, and some old fashion knee-slapping live music in the volleyball court at BaseCamp on Saturday night.

ROCKIN' THE STAGE WITH THE DOOBIE BROTHERS
If big rocks in Bear Valley aren't enough for you, check out rock stars in Murphys! The Doobie Brothers and Los Lonely Boys head to the Ironstone Amphitheater on Friday, August 25th. Whether you're after the classic sounds of the Doobie Brothers, or the contemporary and eclectic tunes from Los Lonely Boys, this show will keep you groovin' all night. Set in the Ironstone's outdoor Amphitheater, this is summer's most sizzling summer concert series! This summer line-up is still going strong, with plenty more to come! And don't forget... Bear Valley has teamed up with Ironstone giving our E-Club members a chance to win free tickets! Employees of Bear Valley Mountain Resort, Dundee Realty, Ironstone Vineyards/Reverb Communications ("Sponsor"), and those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this prize drawing and their advertising or promotion agencies, parent companies, service providers, agents, officers, subsidiaries or affiliates, or any other persons or entities directly associated with this prize drawing (hereinafter "Prize Drawings") and members of the immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the prize drawing. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prize. All taxes and all other expenses not expressly specified herein as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable and may not be transferred or substituted or redeemed for cash.
4. Drawing and Notification:
The prize winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 22nd, 2006 from all eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone call. If a potential winner cannot be reached via the e-mail address or phone number provided on entry form, or does not respond within 24 hours from the first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing.
