TWO NIGHTS, TWO BIG SHOWS 
With summer coming to a close, the Ironstone Amphitheater in Murphys won't let you slow down. Hosting two big shows within one week, September is guaranteed to bring you the best days of summer! First to hit the late-summer line up is Heart with Kansas, playing Sunday, September 10th. With Heart returning to their rockin' roots, and the signature sounds of Kansas, this promises to be one groovin' show! Ironstone's next show will certainly leave you with "something to talk about!". On Friday, September 15th, Bonnie Raiit and Keb Mo will light up the stage. Bonnie Raitt's blend of folk and blues is sure to attract one of the biggest crowds of the summer! And don't forget... Bear Valley has teamed up with Ironstone giving our E-Club members a chance to win free tickets! Ironstone will keep you groovin' all summer long with the hot line-up, and Bear Valley will keep giving you a chance to get in for free! Only legal residents at least 18 years of age who reside in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia are eligible to enter the survey / prize drawing. Employees of Bear Valley Mountain Resort, Dundee Realty, Ironstone Vineyards/Reverb Communications ("Sponsor"), and those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this prize drawing and their advertising or promotion agencies, parent companies, service providers, agents, officers, subsidiaries or affiliates, or any other persons or entities directly associated with this prize drawing (hereinafter "Prize Drawings") and members of the immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the prize drawing. By transmitting the official entry form, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. No mechanical reproductions or photocopies will be accepted. Prize Drawing will be one entry per household. All duplicate entries will be eliminated from the drawing. LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER PERSON AND/OR PER EMAIL ACCOUNT. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry will be considered and subsequent entries will be disqualified. Prize(s): One (1) Ticket to Heart/Kansas or Bonnie Raitt/Keb Mo concerts at Ironstone Amphitheater, on (respectively) September 10 and Septemeber 15.
Number of Prizes Awarded: Four (4) per concert.
Retail Value of Prize(s): $40
Deadline for Submission: September 5, 2006 for both Heart/Kansas and Bonnie Raitt/Keb Mo tickets. Entry is eligible to win future concerts in series.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prize. All taxes and all other expenses not expressly specified herein as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable and may not be transferred or substituted or redeemed for cash.
4. Drawing and Notification:
The prize winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 6th, 2006 from all eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone call. If a potential winner cannot be reached via the e-mail address or phone number provided on entry form, or does not respond within 24 hours from the first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. All entries become Sponsor's property and will not be returned.
5. General Conditions:
All entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules, will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or infection by computer virus, Sponsor at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes, without liability. 6. Disclaimers:
Entrants agree that Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of prize(s), participation in Sweepstakes, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network and/or transmission line, computer on-line system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, hardware, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants also agree that the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's computer related to or resulting from Sweepstakes and its prizes. The Sweepstakes Entities are not liable for damage to a user's computer system in any way due to an entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading any information in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation any server failure, lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction.
