Hello Sliders!
The Icer Air, the Sacramento Ski and Snowboard show and Sports
Basement's Sunnyvale SnowFest all hosted record crowds last week.
We can tell from our email feedback, that skiers and riders seem
just a little bit more excited this season.
What have we got this week? Your last chance to purchase ski and
snowboard gear SUPER CHEAP will happen tonight, November 9th at
Sports Basement's Presidio SnowFest. The party at Sunnyvale was
wild, so make sure you get to the Presidio early for all the best
deals.
*Yes, Dear Slider--Call Me A Nag!
Those pesky season passes. We are still amazed at the low prices
for season passes this year. We've listed a few of the pass deals
still valid below.
Why buy one?
When you see the daily lift ticket price, you'll know why. Many
passes will pay for themselves within 5 days and if you're scoring
new gear, expect to ski or ride at least ten days, since you're
skiing and riding will improve dramatically after tossing those
skinny old boards (and rear entry boots.) If you buy a pass now,
the savings over 10-20 days could PAY FOR YOUR GEAR.
Those resorts still offering great deals include:
Northstar/Sierra Double Whammy
Heavenly daily pass at just $349.
How about an unlimited Bear Valley pass for $399.00?
More? Yes! Scan resorts below.

late Thanksgiving weekend, not on Thanksgiving. Mike thinks many
resorts will be open on some runs. More if we get a big storm.
