Boreal is blowing snow. You can see the photo on the website.
Traditionally the first open, the mild weather the last couple of weeks
killed our Halloween first tracks, but never fear--it's freezing on the
summit and with Boreal's monster snow guns, that's all it will take
to get the slopes ready for an early November opening.

*Alpine Meadows
Want to be a Ski or Snowboard Pro?
The Alpine Meadows Instructor Training Course is designed to give skiers
and snowboarders an introduction to teaching and coaching.
They'll take you through teaching at basic levels.
This course will also act as an on-hill interview and jobs will be
offered to those who Alpine feels will make a
good addition to Alpine Meadows.
