Mountain Romance and More...

VILLAGE BUS ROLLING AGAIN
As of Saturday, February 11, the shuttle between the Village and the resort is back up and running! The shuttle will continue to run through the rest of the season. Buses leave the Village every hour on the hour- starting at 8am- and the mountain every hour on the half hour, with 2 shuttles running weekends & holidays (half hour pick ups). During the week, there will be no service at 1pm or 1:30pm. Enjoy the ride!

DLF FOUNDATION SLIDES INTO BEAR VALLEY
The 5th annual Slide for the Cure will take place on Saturday, March 11th. Proceeds will benefit the Darren Lee Farwell (DLF) Foundation, a local non-profit organization committed to teaching today's children the dangers of tomorrow's sun. They're mission of educating people about the effect of the sun and the seriousness of all forms of skin cancer, takes a lighter note through Slide for the Cure, a ski/board- a-thon open to all skill levels. Only $50 gets participants a lift ticket, lunch, t-shirt & goodie bag! For every lap they take, skiers & boarders are entered into a raffle full of sweet prizes. The day also includes a brewfest, live music, a raffle and plenty of activities for kids. You won't want to miss the Moley Krishnas up on stage! For more information call 866-INFO-DLF.
