There's still a chance for you to own your own piece of Bear Valley history- We have about 30 Hibernation Chairs that still need a home! Season pass holders can purchase their bit of ol' Bear Valley for $200 or $250 for non-pass holders. Chairs are available for purchase and pick up Monday-Thursday, 9am-4pm, or order by phone- 209-753-2301 ext. 0. Please bring an appropriate vechile to transport your chair (chairs weigh about 100lbs, and are just under 9ft. tall. Bear Valley staff will be on hand to help you load your chair!
TRAIN WRAPS UP SUMMER CONCERT SERIES 
Ttemperatures are steadily cooler, and the season's first snow having fell Friday, September 15th, summer is definetly coming to a close. Ironstone Amphitheatre's summer concert season has kept us grooving all summer long, and there's one final show for these last days of summer. Train rounds out the summer line-up on Saturday, October 7th, promising to heat things up one last time! Bear Valley has teamed up with Ironstone giving our E-Club members one last chance to win free tickets! We've got 4 tickets for the concert! Winners will be chosen on Tuesday, October 3rd. *A few quick things to keep in mind: 1. By entering to win, your email address will be released to Reverb Communications. 2. Only legal residents at least 18 years of age who reside in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia are eligible to enter the survey / prize drawing. Employees of Bear Valley Mountain Resort, Dundee Realty, Ironstone Vineyards/Reverb Communications ("Sponsor"), and those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of this prize drawing and their advertising or promotion agencies, parent companies, service providers, agents, officers, subsidiaries or affiliates, or any other persons or entities directly associated with this prize drawing (hereinafter "Prize Drawings") and members of the immediate families and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the prize drawing. By transmitting the official entry form, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. No mechanical reproductions or photocopies will be accepted. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prize. All taxes and all other expenses not expressly specified herein as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferable and may not be transferred or substituted or redeemed for cash.
4. Drawing and Notification:
The prize winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 3rd, 2006 from all eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone call. If a potential winner cannot be reached via the e-mail address or phone number provided on entry form, or does not respond within 24 hours from the first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. All entries become Sponsor's property and will not be returned.
5. General Conditions:
All entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules, will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or infection by computer virus, Sponsor at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes, without liability. 6. Disclaimers:
Entrants agree that Sweepstakes Entities shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of prize(s), participation in Sweepstakes, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network and/or transmission line, computer on-line system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, hardware, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.
