We just got a dose of winter and received 3 - 5 inches of snow on Monday. Northstar Resort is making snow at every opportunity as temperatures allow. With proper temperatures and the largest snowmaking system on the North Shore of Tahoe, we can churn out enough snow in just 48 hours to open the slopes and offer some of the best early season conditions.

Opening day is scheduled for Wednesday, November 22, 2006. (weather and conditions permitting.)
