*Heavenly
The SOTC crew at Heavenly this weekend. Wow! Great spring skiing
and riding. Our tips for Intermediate/Advanced sliders. Park at
the Stagecoach Express lot on the Nevada side of the mountain. The
Stagecoach Express offers fantastic groomed runs, a high speed lift
and hardly a slider in sight. From Stagecoach Express, you're a
stone's throw from the Comet and Dipper chairs, providing access
to the entire mountain. While it was warm at the bottom of the
mountain, the snow was staying in great shape on Sky Express, where
we had to pull the cap down to keep from shivering. High altitude
makes Heavenly a great spring season choice!
Final Kinder Kup is this weekend. For kids six and under who can
turn and stop on their own. Helmets required. Sunday, March 18
on World Cup at 10 a.m. Show your support of our future ski and
snowboard racers. For more information contact the Heavenly Ski
and Snowboard Foundation at (530) 541-7354.
